A tour abroad

English Department managed a tour abroad for the top students.

last month the first course of teaching English in the University of Religions and Denominations ended. Students passed eight conversation courses, three general reading comprehension plus four technical reading comprehension courses as well as one introductory grammar course during two semesters. English Department managed to take the top students of this courses on a tour to India and Malaysia. This 17 – day tour included visiting such various religious places as temples, churches, mosques,etc. and holding talks with the followers of these religions. The group spend 4 days in New Delhi and 8 days in Kuala Lumpur and 4 days in Penang. Since all the visits and discussions were held in English, the tour can be claimed to be the best part of the English courses.
